We will be travelling to Albufeira in July and our daughter is a Celiac and cannot tolerate any gluten can anyone tell me where to find gluten free restaurants and buy gluten free foods. Thanks for any assistance

There's a decent selection of gluten free products at contenente supermarket and smaller selection of goods at pingo dolce
Restaurant wise not to sure |

If your on Facebook there's a group called coeliac eat out too and gives all restraunts with cater for gluten allergen

Hi Brian,
Continente supermarket definitely has an excellent selection. Haven't ever needed GF but when your best friend is vegan, you get used to looking for "free from" / specialist aisles!! Just went on tripadvisor albufeira and searched restaurants gluten free and 31 restauarants popped up, so that'll be worth a look - check out the restaurant reviews that include the words gluten free.
