   Just had e mail off Sirius gas with a direct debit mandate requesting i submit new IBAN number. When querried with santander i got pointless answer explaining  banif takeover in 2015 which i was aware of anyhow. All my direct debits have gone out for years ok and my account has not changed. 
When i asked Sirius they told me account details i.e. iban number had been changed.
Anyhow as i cant get over till Sept has anyone else had this type of request for new mandate ? Or have Sirius got it wrong ?
