Weather in Albufeira today

Another grey and misty morning, but at least it's not raining. Temperature at 0830am is 14.5º, wind is very light. It won't be very warm today, 21º at most. It will be cloudy but only a slight chance of rain and not very windy. Make the most of it. Rain is expected to arrive during the night, with heavy possibly thundery showers likely for much of tomorrow morning and into the afternoon. Looks like a fairly wet weekend ahead also.

And yet another grey, dismal and damp morning. There's just been a heavy shower, more on the way. Low cloud difting in. There was a long rumble of thunder before dawn, possible there could be some more. The cause is the very moist air coming from the south-west, across the sea. It's not cold, temperature at 0830 is 19.1º, but under this cloud and in the rain it's not going to get much warmer. The rain will be likely on and off right through the day and tonight, perhaps passing by around lunchtime tomorrow. But next week doesn't look too wonderful either.

Thick fog this morning, can hardly see across the road. Temperature at 0835 is 16.4º, light wind from the south. Fog is starting to clear ahead of a cloudy and should be dry day. Maximum temperature 21 or 22º once the sun breaks through the clouds. it won't be cold tonight, down to 18º perhaps, but rain will be coming in during the night. Light rain is expected all tomorrow morning and it won't be very warm either, 19º at best. Wind and rain could both be stronger from tea-time onward with a chance of thundery showers during the early evening. Wednesday should be a more pleasant day and geting better for the days after.

Well it's currently 7c here in The Heelans and going to get to a staggering 12c if we are lucky. Only 10 more sleeps before we head off on our adventure all the way to a hopefully sunnier Algarve - fingers crossed!
