Weather in Albufeira today

A sunny morning after a wet night. Temperature at 0810am is 8.9º, wind moderate from the north-west. It should be a dry day today, but not feeling warm in the steady wind with maximum temperature 15º. It wil be a cold night tonight, down to 10 or 11º by midnight. Tomorrow will be a touch warmer, cloudy and should stay dry, then the weather really takes a turn for the better over the rest of the week, with daytime temperatures reaching 22º by the end of the week and very little chance of rain. After a year's worth in a month, that's good news for many.

Sky is grey, very windy, showers passing by. Temperature at 0840am is 13.7º. It's going to a windy and showery day until this afternoon. Maximum temperature 16 or 17º. There should be  dry night, but still a steady wind, temperature down to 11º at midnight. Tomorrow won't be so windy, but showers likely all day and cold, maximum temperature 14 or 15º.Not much change for Sunday, but Monday does like being almost a a nice day but still prtty cold. Then, the forecast shows NO RAIN for Tuesday and Wednesday with much warmer temperatures.

Brigth and sunny after a very windy and wet night that kept me and no doubt many others awake for hours! Temperature at 0815am is 12.2º, wind is fairly light.  Ther are a few isolated showers around, but of more concern is another area of heavy rain, accompanied by strong winds, expected this afternoon. Maximum temperature may reach 16 or 17º at lunchtime but will dip when the rain comes. Tonight should be calmer, but more wind and rain is coming tomorrow. The weekend should be less unpleasant, but it could still be raining from time to time and colder even than today.

One saving grace of so much rain is that reservoirs are now full to overflowing. Looks like more rain today. This morning sky is grey, it is quite windy. Warm though, temperature at 0730 is 14.1º with wind coming from the south. The day is going to be a mix of sunny spells and the odd shower or two, getting even windier. Maximum temperature 17 or 18º. This evening we have an orange warning for high winds and heavy rain through the night. Tomorrow, during the day, it will be similar to today then tomorrow night yet another storm warning will be in force. Friday and the weekend are also likely to be wet and windy at times.

An orange warning is in force for heavy rain today, along with possible thunder and hail. We had around 18mm (3/4 of an inch) of rain yesterday afternoon and evening, everything is very wet. A nasty little storm system is tracking our way from the west and is expected to be right over us this afternoon. Temperature at 0730am is 13.0º, wind is light. The temperaure will rise to about 17º, but when the storm arrives falling back to 14º. A wet and windy afternoon is in prospect. The rain and wind should ease off during the evening. Tonight should be fairly calm, tomrorow will start OK but more showers and wind are forecast for later in the day.

Bright and sunny! What's this? Most unusual. Not very warm though, temperature at 0815am is 8.5º. Wind is very light. There are some isolated showers heading our way on the wind from the north-west, which could arrive around lunchtime and be with us during the afternoon. It will be windier when the rain comes. Maximum temperature 15 or 16º. Tonight will be calm and dry, temperature around 10º, but tomorrow it's back to normal with a yellow warning for wind and rain across the region. That continues through Monday and into Tuesday morning. The rest of the week is going to have a lot of rain as well.

And yet another rainy and windy day! The Albufeira weather station is off-line, but the temperature on my device at 0740am is 12.2º. It has been raining, more is on the wayfor perhaps all day. There is a yellow warning for heavy showers, perhaps some thunder. Maximum temperature 15 or 16º. The rain should pass early this evening ahead of a dry but cold night, down to 9º. There is only a slight chance of rain tomorrow, we may see some sun, but with the wind more from the north than west it won't be very warm. The weekend will be a mix of sun and occasional light showers. Daytime temperatures 15 - 17º.
