These will be a nicer colour in 8 - 10 weeks! I am not telling you where they are. They are growing off a vine, that is now hanging over the pavement outside, in the yard of a long-empty property  |

Might be fun! Having thought about it, it's a species I don't remember having seen before. A reverse image search didn't help so are there any cactus experts out there?

Dont know the cactus but the blue one above is a variety of Eryngium .. of which there are around 250 ...

Saw some operatives planting flower pots at the roundabout at the top of the Avenida da Liberdade. Other people on the bus later oohed and aahed at how nice they looked!
