And the same afternoon, some more views of the Parque do Ribeiro beside the road from Camping Albufeira. There was some water flowing, with one of the locals having a nose around.

You don't often see two rainbows together. The one on the left is a bit faint and didn't last long. Seen afternoon 5th November.

Part of the footpath that runs beside the road from Camping Albufeira has been painted in bright blue. That's as far as the Pingo Doce opposite the Health Centre. They haven't done the rest yet. Trees and grass are a nice green, in contrast with the desert landscape nearby.

Urban jungle near the viewing platform. It has grown back well after having been cleared because of the fire risk.
