It is the large block of flats and shops opposite the old town bus terminal ... available here on Booking.com with lots of pictures ..

Maybe someone from this forum stayed there for a holiday. We coming in the second half of september to this appartment.

As said, it will be an apartment in a very large building.

There is a SPAR supermarket across the street, taxi stand and stops for local buses also. Larger shops like LIDL and ALDI are about 0.5km distant. Central square is 300 metres, beach 600 metres.

There are reviews on the Booking.com page ... pretty positive with an overall 9.3 score ..
and at least one apt on Trip advisor with a couple of reviews ..
