It is a block of tourist apartments. Whether connected with Pedra dos Bicos I cannot remember, but it is physically separate.

The hotel Acqua Pedra Rosa was built on to the Quinta Pedra site and owned by
Their site still shows access to Acqua, but recently the https://detailshotels.com/ group, who have bought a lot of proerty around here, are showing the hotel on their site (maybe shared) .. so thinking the new block could be part of that financing, but not certain ..

Asked the workers on that site in November and they seemed to think it was part of the Acqua ..
