We have booked to stay in an apartment in the Rua Vasco De Gama area opposite Hotel Topazio.  We have asked the rep for the Letting Company to give us an address or name of the building but she has been unable to do so.  Does anyone know the name of apartment complex?  We need to give it to Yellow Fish for our transfers.

Yes, I just looked at google maps too and it looks like Apartments Vasco Da Gama, showing  same picture as on the homeaway website.
