	Off back to Albufeira later today where I expect to be warmer than the current 5º here in Canterbury, rising to 12 or 13º this afternoon if they are lucky.

	Blackpool, Lancashire. A proper Lancashire summer day, raining from low grey clouds, 15º at 0815am. It is supposed to get better later.

	Update 0915. So much for 'occasional light showers'! The heavens have opened and it is nowa typical summer day in Lancashire. 8am in Blackpool. 14º, dull, grey, quite windy. Expected to be a mainly dry day, perhaps an occasional shower, maximum 16º! Yesterday turned out quite nice after the morning deluge, cricket got under way at 1pm with overall only a hour's play lost.
