Ah. I saw that photo years ago and went to see it modern day. It has been altered considerably but there are still architectural features that tie it into that pic.
All my pics of it are on my UK ‘puter and I can’t access those from here. I will dig them out and post though next time I’m back. |

Thanks Pete, Andrew and Cubsur..Hotel do Cerro ? I’ve not only walked by loads of times ..I’ve also been in the building.
I would never have called that as the location. I’ve found a couple of other interesting photos of Albufeira (I think) back in the day so now I’ve an idea of the posting format I’ll try to post them. |

Tom , the forum doesn’t strip off the unwanted, hence I often post a pic and it sneaks a link in, to a bank, a cash point, a garage etc.
I go back to edit post and take the extra link they’ve snuck in off the end and update. Hey presto. |

Good work guys, that’s like the pic I was going to post and when I mentioned features thar could still be recognised, look at the two orange circular turret like features, and the windows along the pavement to the right.
