Wink Absolutely scunnered with Scottish weather. Cold, wet, and windy!
Back to the Brisa Sol in April and again in October.

Canny wait!

Ate in Dom Capito last October - highly recommended.

Festa da Praia and Casa D'avo too.

Totally spoiled for choice.

Still miss O'Cacho next to Paraiso though.

Apparently we get approx 200 per year in UK!!!!  Glad it's not as bad as America etc but this is the second time in about 5 years I have felt it.  Last one was at night as well.

Mystery whereabouts are you in the UK?  I'm in West Yorkshire.  Apparently the epicentre was about 30miles south of Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire

Slept through it all I'm afraid.  Hadn't even had a drink either, the 'quake must have bypassed Lanc's or Greater Manchester - whatever it's called where I live - boundaries have been changed you see!!

Bobster, they're always messing with the boundaries up there.  When we lived in Culcheth it was classed as Lancashire and now it's Cheshire (or is it!!!)

Good morning from Tonbridge Kent. We have just had a short hail shower. It has been windy all night and, although the sky is fairly bright at the moment, the forecast is for snow and 1C by this evening.

Typical British Bank Holiday weekend in other words.
