Happpy New Year and all that! 2023 starts with a warm but cloudy day. Temperature at 1050am is 18º, wind is light. It's not going to be nice later. A cold front will be passing across the region, bringing rain from late afternoon and possibly right through the night.  It will become much cooler. Tomorrow will be dry once the night-time rain has passed but only 15º at best. The rest of the week will be warm, sunny and dry, 17 or 18º daytime but in a northerly wind night-time temperatures will fall perhaps to 8 or 9º.

It's a bit cloudy this morning and fairly breezy. Temperature at 1030am is 15.3º, so also not as warm as it has been. Wind direction is from the north. It's going to stay cloudy and breezy, maximum 16º. It will be pretty cool tonight, down to 8 or 9º. There be much change for tomorrow, then it should become a little warmer and staying dry until the weekend, when rain is forecast

Chilly morning by recent standards! Temperature at 0750am is 10.9º in a steady northerly wind. It will be a clear and sunny day today, but only 16º at best and if you are out and about in the wind it will feel colder than that. it will be pretty cold again tonight, down to 8 or 9º in the early pre dawn hours. The wind will ease off tonight and change direction, so tomorrow will be a little bit warmer, around 18 or 19º. Should also be fine for Thursday and Friday, but rain is very probable over the weekend.

It's quite cloudy this morning, but so far no rain. But there is a small bunch of fairly heavy showes down to the south moving slowly our way. Temperature at 0825am is 14.3º, so slightly warmer than the past few mornings. Wind is very light. Forecast estimates the rain will be here mid morning, with a possibilty of rain on and off through the day. Maximum temperature 17 or 18º. The showers could continue through the night and all through tomorrow. It will be quite windy at times. From Monday we should have mostly dry weather, a mix of cloud and sun with daytime temperature up around 17 or 18º. Night-times could be colder than recently, down to 9 or 10º.

Another grey morning, rain is on the way. Temperature at 0845am is 14.7º, wind is light from the north-west. Coming with that wind is a band of showers, some heavy. The leading edge is just off the west coast, expected here in a couple of hours. The wind will increase as the rain arrives. Maximum temperature today around 18º. The rain should pass by lunchtime ahead of a fairly sunny afternoon. Tonight will be colder than recent nights, down to 8 - 10º by the small hours. The next few days should be mainly sunny, fairly warm at 18º then possibly more rain on Sunday and Monday.

The day has dawned bright and clear, but not very warm. An hour ago it was 10.1º, now at 0845 it is 12.3º, the sun is up. There is a fresh breeze coming through the window, sky is blue. The weather website is down as I write, but based on previous forecasts we can expect a dry and sunny day, maximum temperature around 17º. It will be fairly cold again tonight.

Very foggy where I am but Albufeira looks much nicer! Currently 9º, clear sky, very little wind. A quiet day coming, weatherwise. Hardly any wind, maybe a bit cloudy later, maximum temperature 16 or 17º. Not quite so cold tonight, down to 10 or 11º.

Similar days tomorrow and Monday, maybe a little warmer. A change in wind direction could bring showers on Tuesday. Then the rest of the week fairly cool at 14 - 16º daytime, 5 - 8º at night, but dry.

Grey and gloomy this  morning, rain is on the way. Temperature at 0740am is 14.8º, grey cloud right across the sky. Wind is from the north west bringing rain with it. Several bands of showers show on the radar. There will be wet weather for much of the morning at least. Maybe not continuosly. Maximum temperature 16º. The rain should pass by around lunchtime, but it will still be quite windy this afternoon and tonight. Night-time temperature 11º, feeling much colder in the wind if you are out.

It will be cloudy tomorrow and not very warm at all, just 12 or 13º during the day, 7 to 9º at night. Rain is not expected for the next few days but it is going to be fairly cool.
