Hi all
To apply for 5 year residency, can this all be dealt with at local council or do I have to go to town hall prior for "junta Dr freguesia". I have had conflicting information and unsure of actual process. Thank you |

I did mine at the SEF office but that was a long time ago. I am told you can apply at the Junta da Fregusia office according to where you live. There is a small fee to pay. You do need to provide proof of residence and if a pensioner that you have means of income. |
