Sure, anything I can help with, just ask here or in private. It is not super complicated but some bits and rules were very confusing to me three years ago.

Hi, I did this at Junta de Freguesia Albufeira a couple of months ago.

Your witnesses must be Portuguese citizens (and be registered to vote in Albufeira)
I assume your British friends are Portuguese residents, so they can't be witnesses.

Don't forget the form must be completed in blue ink, not black!!
