Can anyone advise best translation app for Portuguese to English please?

Also, are there any that translates a scanned document?

Have you tried put cursur on document and the right click and the translate to English section.
It works ok for me.

Probably not if it is scanned and saved as a picture type eg .jpg

Something I haven't tried but will do so later.

Google Translate works well enough for printed and clickable documents.
