Which part of the strip is the webcam showing. The top end as I call it (Montechoro) bit, the middle bit where the tourist train turns or the bottom bit (Reno's, Wild & Co). I just don't recognise anything on it. Wherever it is, it looked dead last night!

To be precise the webcam is located in a building just opposite Wind Surf cafe and points down towards the junction at Fredis (left hand side in the webcam as you look at it) restaurant towards the beach end of the Strip. With that i would like to know where Petes new place is, someone mentioned its going to be just out of shot to the left, any directions to exact location welcome :) |

Again as i haven't been since 2004,after 18years on the trot, there must be many changes. Iwas regular visitor to Charlies Bar when Carlos Ferreria owned it and Angelus Bar good times.....Is Papelaria Charlot near Bombay Palace still going?Must get back to Areias De Sao Joao soon .
Web cam is superb thanks to all who are responsible for it

Yes, we were hoping to be installing the next webcam this week, but the camera we ordered from the UK two weeks ago still hasn't been delivered  Looks like something's going wrong with the mail between the UK and Portugal. We ordered another item almost a month ago and it never reached us. We had to claim it as lost. We hope this won't happen with this package...
