No it doesn't say but my guess is there will be a temporary stage in that big open area near where the boat trip kiosks are.

Quinta do Bill gives free concert at the Never Ending Summer Festival in AlbufeiraNever Ending Summer 2022 is the last major summer festival in the Algarve and runs from 16 to 18 September |
