Wow, what a price.I hope they are lucky selling it successfully , especially now we are this situation. Maybe they think the 4 apartments as well as the restaurant demand the money they are asking. Good luck!!!!!

It's an incredible price. They're a nice family who run it. I hope they aren't having to sell up due to ill health.

There isn't a for sale sign at O Leme and at least one of the apartments above is occupied. I can't tell the condition of the others.

Found it. The Arkadia website had it above the marina. I didn't know of it although it's a short distance from where I like to breakfast

They had been closed 'for holidays' some time before that. For new owners, there is the prospect of new business from the large tourist apartment block nearing completion across the road.
