Some of them! It is a long time since I have been there. I have been told it is a good idea to say that you wish to speak in English as you go in, or you might end up waiting for ages and then be standing in front of the 'wrong' person.

Thank you. I might just take my fluent Portuguese speaker friend with me as I have a water meter problem too so may as well try and resolve both issues on the same day.
