Not over again until 29th Aug for 10 days, then 31st October for 10 days. Hubby is over on 10th June for 8 days to do some tiling at the house. Maybe we can arrange a meet up for the quiz night some time in the future when we are all over at the same time,we had a good night and a good chat & guess what we came first (but there was 6 of us in the team so a bit of an advantage really). Cheers Jayjan

Well, just back today from ten days in Albufeira and I have to say the weather was pretty good. It's also really nice here and that helps combat the withdrawal symptoms.
Each time we come back it gets harder - only 82 days until we return, not that I'm counting!

Just to cheer up those of you in the sun-baked UK, it is raining here in Albufeira and there are big black clouds all over.

Lovely and hot in middle England today. Gorgeous all week and forecast 25 - 27degrees this weekend, lovely.
Workmate off to Albufeira tomorrow and said weather forecast doesn't look to good there next week, I would be gutted if it was me. |

It rained a bit more last night and when I surfaced at 730 the outside temperature was 14C, quite a bit lower than of late. Forecast for the next couple of days is for broken sunshine, clouds and there are some showers around but maybe they will miss us. Daytime temperatures 20C max compared with 27C last week.

Whats the weather like for the next few days? I live just across the border and although we have been forecast showers it has been clear blue skies. My sister and I are coming over in a couple of days and need to know what to pack?
Thanks

Rained a bit overnight. Was somewhat grey and cloudy earlier this morning brightening up a bit now but still the possibility of showers today. Current temperature (0925 local) 18C. No wind to speak of, which makes a change.

Today's weather still cool and cloudy. Current temperature 17C (0920am) forecast high 21C and a distinct possibility of showers later.
Thursday looks to be much the same but heavy rain is forecast for Friday. Have to stay in the pub and watch the Test Match - UK weather permitting! |

It does look like the showers will pass over during Friday and that Saturday will be a better day.
Today is fairly bright but there is cloud cover. Temperature at 930am is 17C. |

Well today (Friday) it was raining hard all morning since the early hours. Seems to have stopped now and it's brightening up but still a lot of cloud around. Temperature at 1.30 is 18C so not all that warm.
