There is still no visible signs of any progress, however there is still work ongoing or at least banging noises coming from behind the wrappings.

Passed by on a bus on Sunday, still far from finished and no sign of any activity. I will take a closer look this evening.

"Any idea what it will be restaurant BnB"

No idea. The property is worth well over €1 million.

Whatever work is going on is very slow. The building is almost completely covered by netting so it's almost impossible to see inside. Pictures taken on Sunday 17th October.

It does look like a new layer of render has been put where the tiles were removed.

The yellow coloured panels are in the area of new construction on what was the yard behind the next door building.

Walked past this morning and there is a layer of green tiles on the front. Only a metre or so high, so it may just be a token nod to the past, or there may be more to come?

We bumped into Alison the owner of Bizzaro last weekend outside her bar, she closed due to a combination of Covid and the disruption caused by the work going on next door, she plans to reopen March 2022 when most of the building work is done and the council works on the cliffs, paths and walls is scheduled to be completed,
I asked her if she knew what the plans were for the green tiled building, at the moment she said it was for an apartment on top and a snack bar on the front, it is apparently owned by same people who own the property at the back of it.

There is a representation of the final re-furbishment (few green tiles) on the front of the building now ... looks like an upmarket villa ..

Thanks for pointing that out, I have just gone to the webcam, it seems to be sweeping around at a much higher angle, I was watching a digger removing the fallen rubble from the pathway.

I walked past earlier. There were some blokes working behind the shrouds. Some green bricks are still visible. I think the picture on the fence is just an example of the company's work, rather than what it will look like when restored. The façade is the local equivalent of a listed building. It must be preserved or at least re-instated to look like it once did.

Nothing to see really, everything hidden. There is a large stack of bricks outside for the new internal walls.
