In my 11 years visiting Albufeira I've never seen it look so good. I wonder what use it it will be put to.

any idea what it will be when completed restaurant/bar/cafe or someones residence?

Good question. The small pool indicates it will be a residential building but someone will need very deep pockets.

it's looking good can't wait to see it fully completed... after seeing it fall into disrepair over the years that I've been visiting :) one less eyesore to look at , hopefully a few other buildings will have even renovated and restored to their former glory..... looking forward to my trip out in November after 2 and a bit years out of action
 on a side note anyone know the asking price or has it been sold ?!
