If you do the boat trip around the caves and they take you into Cathedral cave there is a load on the beach in there as well.
I’ve seen this on top of mountains and decent hills but it’s a new one on me around here.

They are only pebbles, almost certainly collapsed by now but the tallest was only about ten inches high so they won’t do any harm.

They are the beach equivalent of crop circles. They just appear. No-one sees them being made.  Spooky!
