   I see that there is a tent erected at Fisherman's beach this morning and the area was being power washed. One of the workers told me that 'the President of Albufeira' is coming to visit on 5th October, which I know is Republic Day. 
Would anybody know the times and events that are on in Albufeira this year on 5th October?
