I see that there is a tent erected at Fisherman's beach this morning and the area was being power washed. One of the workers told me that 'the President of Albufeira' is coming to visit on 5th October, which I know is Republic Day.
Would anybody know the times and events that are on in Albufeira this year on 5th October? |

I was in town yesterday evening and saw all of the motorbikes. Seemingly it was the 9th annual off-road meeting, finishing in Albufeira. I saw motorbikes from Portugal, Spain, Germany and Switzerland. Not sure what else was on for 5th celebrations. There is also a tent erected at Inatel beach, but I didn't see anything happening there.
