Planning to do our survey this weekend, Friday 19th to Monday 22nd, of all bars and restaurants open in Albufeira city ... to get a definitive modern picture. We already know that 59 hotels are open over winter ... not too bothered about theirs.
Thanks for anything forum members can add ... we will also note any places who have a notice up for re-opening, Jan or Feb ...

Update ...
after the first two sections ... Santa Eulalia to Rua Dunfermline, South Strip and Globes to Worms roundabout ... we have 102 bars and restaurants open now, a few opening soon. The Santa Eulalia area is certainly open for business (52) .. add this to the reported 12% jump in hotel receipts for December ...

Thank you for the fantastic work you doing Pyrman. Anyone know if Mary Ann's still open? Used to love to go there and Kilt and Kelt that sadly closed down...

They are now the Urban Pizza, nice place and personally like it better than the one in the old town
