Noticed today that the windmill on Cerro Malpique has been restored, cosmetically at least. Here's a picture I grabbed with my phone on the way to the shops earlier. Some more as promised. Have been busy! It doesn't go round, although there are sails tied to the struts of the wheel.   This is the back.
