Steps between the Church and the Blue Bell Bar are being worked on. also the Blue Bell is being refurbed at the same time.  ------------- we're not brazil we're norn iron |

If you don't see the picture, put mouse pointer on it or tap and right click - open image in new tab' etc. Steps were cordoned off last night. Bob and were wondering about the actual construction which at the top doesn't seem to be actual steps!
