Hi, my little girl has got allergies to gluten, dairy, soya and paprika. She has an epi-pen for these allergies.
Can anyone tell me where in Albufeira is good to eat with allergies? Slightly nervous about eating out x

You can get a card stating the allergies in Portuguese to show to the restaurants especially the chef,These are available on line at Gluten free globe trotter.Make sure you have enough Epi Pens with you and your prescription to show.

This is the gluten free card in Portuguese:

You will need to copy and paste the link  into your browser bar
You would of course have to inform them of her other allergies.

Good advice from 2 posts above. Not sure if you already know but definitely make sure you have copy prescription/Doctor`s note for Customs regarding the epi-pens.

We find that most Portuguese restaurants serving fresh fish and meats simply done grilled etc with fresh vegetables and salads not fancy fit the bill.My daughter now in her late 40,s has severe allergies and finds these best.
