Don't believe there are any.

The one on here on Fishermans Beach gives you a choice of views.

Yes Andrew, I have found the fixed ones, was just looking for a controllable camera like the ones I use for viewing resorts in Bulgaria.

I can zoom in on the Albufeira webcam if I use my phone or Kindle. The Solemar and Fisherman's beach both let you see different views.
