We purchased a transponder at the post office on 27th April and registered via multibanco as instructed by the lady at the post office.
We used the toll road on a number of occasions over the following week, but no money has been taken from our bank account so far....Is it normal for there to be a delay in the deduction of charges ?

Usually 3 or 4 working days before it comes out of our bank, Libby.
