I'm trying to sort out a Norwegian Air flight for a friend who has no computer and a steam powered basic phone (un-smart).
Their website gives various smart phone options for E-boarding passes which are no use. It appears that they just turn up at the airport and put their booking ref. into a self service terminal which will print the boarding passes. Can anyone confirm that it's as easy as that?

They may find self service kiosks in UK but a bit rare at Faro for the return? I'd get him to give you the log in details and print them for them. -------------

Does the airport they are departing from have the self service terminals and also the return airport as well, as not all airports have these. I don't think Faro has these terminals, perhaps someone can confirm. Whoops just seen Petes post re Faro. ------------- Polli the dancing cat strikes again. |
