Hi all, I'm visiting albufeira and would like to find a gym to use everyday for bodybuilding,can anyone recommend a good gym that I can pay daily or weekly and has good weights facilities. Thanks in advance

Can't really recommend one but their is a gym called Crossfit its just off the main dual carriageway, just after Worms roundabout if coming from new town/The Strip side Same entrance road as the petrol station, on your right next door to a chicken restaurant. Not sure what facilities they have though.. There used to be a gym down side of Albufeira shopping/Continente called Universal but seems on doing a search they no longer show, so must have closed down. Lots of hotels have gyms but not sure of facilites, perhaps another member can comment if they know anything. ------------- Polli the dancing cat strikes again. |

I think the facilities at the Paraiso de Albufeira hotel are open to the public. http://www.sermais.com/ only in Portuguese but has contact details. ------------- Albufeira Resident www.algarvebus.info public transport information for the Algarve |
