Anyone know if this bank has an online chat and if so whereabouts on the page it is.

They have managed to take 2 direct debits out 3 times each on one day. Sigh.

Sorry no, never seen that.

We have to go and chat with the miserable so and so who stands behind the counter at the branch by the bull ring.

Me neither.
Quite kucky here as the Manager has been in our branch since we bought in 2002. Very nice guy - I only have to walk in to withdraw money from the ATM and if he's free he always comes over for a chat.
Never been a fan of these chat lines - complete waste of time if you ask me.
Best to phone either the Head Office or the branch.

My bank used to be the one closed down at the top of the strip and Sergio Martins Serro was the manager. Have just found his email address from years ago and emailed him. lol. So am hoping he is part of Santander Totta in Albufeira. Do you know?! He was fab.

Heads up that Santander Totta have taken over the former premises of the BANIF bank at the top of Rua do MFA, old town.
