Don`t know about car horns but who is the prat who drives around in the smart car with the music absolutely blaring? His ears must be shot.
You would think driving that car he would not be trying to attract attention to himself.

I heard there was a cycle race on today in Albufeira and also one in Loule. Maybe that's what the horn beeping was about.
