There are several here in Acoteias that I know of but 2 weeks in August is going to set them back between 5k and 6k Euro.

Owners direct would be a suggestion , or if you really didn't need a villa cerro mar have lovely 2 bed apartments with all mod cons including dish washer and washing machine and American style fridge freezer and sky TV. .. maybe booking 2 apartments maybe cheaper

Cheers both, yep, aware of the prices, we are out at ours and other family/ friends want to be out so they can, and will, trawl the net but I thought if someone on here had such a place, as yet not booked.. a favour could be done.
So, still looking for a 3 or 4 bed villa, first two weeks August, no worries if not, just trying to do a double favour.
