Hi all My friend has asked me to sell his Portuguese reg car for him whilst he is in UK He has given me the Registration Document, MOT etc. Can I sell car for him or does he have to be here to go to Camara to do transfer? Thanks in advance |

Sure you can sell with copies of his docs. Maybe a letter authorising sale is needed. Thinking of used car lots and when we bought our van it was still in owners name and not 'the car lot' and I dont remember any extra bits of paper -------------
