Bristol Rovers have announced on their website that they will be playing 'in Portugal' on 23rd and 27th July. They don't say where, against whom or exactly when, but as their fans hotel package deal is at CPO it's reasonable to assume the games will be here in Albufeira.

Final confirmation awaited for Mansfield Town being here at around the same time.

I will add what I can and when I can. Any contributions gratefull received.

Sporting (Lisbon) v Union St Gilloise (Belgium) at the Algarve Stadium Wednesday July 17th

Sporting v Seville same venue Tuesday 23rd July.

No information available about ko times or tickets, although they will be at night.

There is NO public transport within a mile of the stadium and certainly nothing at night except the infrequent bus that runs between Faro and Loulé.

I was told yesterday that Al-Nasr (minus C. Ronaldo of course) are coming to the Algarve. Venue and opponents to be arranged.

Nothing else in the pipeine as yet.

Mansfield town confirmed from Sunday 21st-friday 26th July

stags will play chelsea under 21s at the municipal stadium on the 23rd kick off 6.30pm adult tickets €10 and kids €5.....

It's been announced that Al-Nassr will be playing six pre season matches later this month around the Algarve. Sem Ronaldo of course! No details are yet available. I have heard of nothing else open to the public.

Al Nassr and Maritimo FC are currently in Algarve for pre season activities. But all matches are "particular". No access to supporters.

So far, the only matches under open gates are:

Sporting v Union St Gilloise (Belgium) Wednesday July 17th 20:00 Algarve Stadium

Sporting v Seville Tuesday 23rd July 20:00 Algarve Stadium

Mansfield vs Chelsea U21 23rd July 18:30

Benfica vs Fulham 02 August 20:00 Algarve Stadium

For games played at Algarve stadium (Except Sporting v Seville), I could offer a transfer for a closed group of three persons. Price should be around 40% (PP) less than an Uber round trip(Albufeira -> Algarve Stadium ->Albufeira )
