Just had a walk up the jetty to feed the cats and on my way noticed bizarro bar closed and estate agent for sale sign attached to the shutters..... been going for years . Bet its a Tidy price

We were told a couple of weeks ago that she was asking for €3million, no idea if that is realistic.

We thought at the time it sounded OTT, but even at €1.85million you are going to have to sell quite a few beers😀
