I saw mention of this recently but forget where. On my little outing this afternoon I saw and heard some landowners busy clearing away as required, but elsewhere grass is several feet high still. This is in Páteo. I don't think land clearing applies to grass which grows back quickly unless nuked. Small bushes etc are what they want clearing as once cleared these do not grow back so fast -------------
