A reminder that Thursday 15th August is a public religious holiday (Assumption) and although most tourists will not even notice, places like banks, post offices, national and local government also commercial offices will be closed. Trains and buses will run to Sunday times.

99% of restaurants, bars and shops will be open as normal of course.

As it is only a local holiday, I am going to venture a "Yes". But Cubsur is the man in the know, and he is currently en route from France to here, so is incommunicado for a few hours. I am sure he will have chapter and verse upon his return.

EVA regional buses will be running to the normal weekday timetable tomorrow.
