It would appear so. Perhaps the Rocamar hotel and their beach bar have taken up webcam sponsorship!  This one still works though:- https://beachcam.meo.pt/en/livecams/praia-do-peneco/ ------------- Colin |

Working OK. I think there is only one webcam which gives a panoramic view of the external eating area and the main road.
