Good afternoon

I'm looking to change my bank from Novo Banco. Are there any bank accounts which are free or do all incur a charge? I currently pay €7.80 per month. This isn't the reason I wish to change my bank but any recommendations appreciated.

Satander Totta has about the same charge per month unless you sign up for the 123 account and then there are no charges
