| We are travelling down to Albufeira in November for a 4 month stay and had intended to bring our Staffy cross dog with us. Have found out today that this breed is banned in Portugal but that a special licence can be acquired via a Junta de Freguesia? Does anyone have experience of this and is there a JDF near Albufeira? |

| Many thanks for information. As a Newbie I feel honoured to have a response from The CUBSUR! The Portuguese is coming on but not sure about dealing with the legal stuff. However our stay will not be continuous as our grown up children have insisted that we return to the UK for Christmas! Do you think that we may avoid the necessary SEF registration? |
