Larne won their first qualfying round secondleg UEFA Conference League tie 1-0 and on aggregate 2-0 against Bala. Their compatriot teams Glentoran and Coleraine both lost. Larne now face Danish side Aarhus in the second qualifying round. Many mainsteam football websites are indeed not mentioning these games. There are no Algarve based teams involved. I have not been told of any pre season games down here where fans might be admitted. I dare say that's because it is simply too much hassle with all the precautions asked for nowadays just for a friendly.

The Portugal Resident are reporting that AS Roma and José Mourinho will have a training camp in Lagoa from 27th July to 7th August and will play a friendly at Bela Vista stadium in Parchal against FC Porto on 28th July. Must admit it doesn't make sense to have the friendly the day after they arrive but that is what they are saying.

Good news for some, if spectators are admitted. Even then, given that stadiums can only operate at 1/3rd capacity that means perhaps 1,000 inside at the very most. I will see what I can find out.

Hibs vs Hartlepool United Hibs vs Burton Albion Open Training Session It seems Burton will also play Pools, based in Vilamoura and Moncarapacho |

Things will soon fall into place. Received this earlier... WBA , Birmingham. Peterborough, Orient, Bournemouth, Dagenham & Redbridge, Sheff Wed, Bristol Rovers, Braga, Benfica, Lille & maybe Roma in Algarve lots in Lisbon as well. Contracts almost signed, dates soon. Games across the Algarve including some at Albufeira and some at Ferreiras. |

Fulham v OGC Nice at the Algarve Stadium Saturday 16th July. Fulham v Benfica at the Algarve Stadium Sunday 17th July. Ko times to be confirmed but almost certainly in the evening. Ticket information not yet available. Nice will be playing Benfica but I cannot find anything. NB there is NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT to the stadium. You must make your own arrangements to get there and back.

Gonzalo- my local source has this morning confirmed Dagenham & Redbridge v Sheffield Wednesday at VRSA ko 1700hrs on the 15th. Others - see edits to post above with ko times so far as is known.
