Yes. (thanks Pete) the nosmoke thingy, there's one down here I've seen three times in past week, same colour as that one, always has it's headlights on, need to get some pics of it but it's wierd, like a golf buggy cruising past you, no engine noise!

Yes picture taken in Soulac-sur-mer a seaside resort in Aquitaine. The number plate is in the old pre 2009 style, where the last two digits 64 signify the départment of registration, in this case Pyrénées Atlantique.

I twice yesterday a bright blue Moke with white top whizzing around town. No camera on me alas.
