Had a phone call from MEO yesterday offering me a new 4g mobile router which they say will increase my broadband speed to 150mbps. They were at pains to say that this was free but when I dug a bit deeper it was going to cost me an extra 16 Euro per month on top of what I already pay. I declined the offer.

150Mbps. Having a laugh. Hard to even get 3G at times around here. What I would like is better than 13.2Mbps (this morning's test) on my MEO broadband at home.

Absolute crap around our neck of the woods but can only get vodafone on hotspot which is no good for our dodgy tv box,
