Off the top of my head I cannot think of one nearby, but I believe the Worten store in Albufeira Terrace Shopping acts as a local agent for GALP. It might be worth popping in there and asking.

Fool am I! There are gas canisters outside the Intermarché supermarket down at the bottom of the hill opposite the old cemetery. I don't know whose they are.
