Just been watching Rip Off Britain on BBC.
These guys are cowboys, rent from them at your peril.

I hate how peopleï compare Frank Zappa to God. I mean, he's cool and great and nice and everything, but he's no Zappa.

We always rent from Gold Car, this weekend was our 30th with them in Faro but also used them in other places, have never had a problem!

I saw that programme too. All I can say is if you haven't had any problems with them then you are in the minority of lucky people.

Have used them, tried to charge me a further €45 euros for airport tax. I showed them e mail saying i had nothing to pay ( booked through holiday autos ) and they climbed down. But continued to try it on next customer.

Used them twice in Spain and they were excellent and the cars were immaculate
